• In this Final Disbursement Order to Class Members, (Feb. 13, 2020, Doc. No. 560), the District Court identified all persons entitled to receive a payment through the judgment. DISH has appealed this order.
• In this opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on May 30, 2019 affirmed the Final Order entering judgment for the class. DISH asked the United States Supreme Court to hear its appeal, but the Supreme Court refused to do so.
• In this opinion (July 10, 2019, Doc. No. 515), the District Court accepted the recommended findings of the Special Master regarding which class members who submitted claims should be paid.
